The Platinumis a non-smoking condo/hotel building just two blocks off the Strip behind Bally's Casino. The Platinum is the best value going as prices are the lowest in Las Vegas. If you want to live there as a resident it's an additional $750 a month over what the HOA fee is. Otherwise you may put it in the hotel pool and use it up to 60 days a year when you visit Las Vegas.

The Platinum is located at 211 E Flamingo Road, just 2 blocks from Las Vegas Blvd.

Are pets allowed at The Platinum?

Yes small pets are allowed and residents can have up to two pets up to 40 pounds each.

What Type of Condo is the Platinum?

The Platinum Resort is a Condo/Hotel, and owners must be in their rental program or pay additional fees of $750 a month. Platinum will manage all aspects of the rentals for you.  There are 3 floor plans at the Platinum:

• The Solitaire 1 bedroom 735 sq ft
• The Princess 935 sq ft 1 bedroom has a washer/dryer
• The 2 bedroom Marcus which is 2189 sq ft.

What do we like about the Platinum?

Platinum has a restaurant, lounge, rooftop banquet room, pool and spa and fitness center. It's close to the strip, non-smoking, always clean with friendly staff and good security. The one bedrooms are large and it's only a 10 minute walk to the heart of the strip. The 04 and 05 stack have a great view of The Sphere.
